Warranty & Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our products, you may return opened cartons or ribbon cartridges within 14 days of purchase, for a replacement or refund. Please notify us before shipping, as a Return Authorization Number is required for the return. The exchange or refund, will be made when the merchandise has been received by Adorable Supply Corp.
We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturer defects. Liability under this warranty is limited to the replacing of any product found to be defective under normal use.
We cannot guarantee against damage resulting from improper storage or other any other misuse.

MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY IMPROVEMENT ACT
The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act--United States Code Annotated Title 15 Commerce and Trade Chapter 50: Consumer Product Warranties 15 Section 2302
No warrantor of a consumer product may condition his written or implied warranty of such product on the consumer's using, in connection with such product, any article or service (other than article or service provided without charge under the terms of the warranty), which is identified by brand, trade or corporate name; except that the prohibition of this subsection may be waived by the commission if:
1) The warrantor satisfies the Commission that the warranted product will function properly only if the article or service so identified is used in connection with the warranted product, and
2) The Commission finds that such a waiver is in the public interest.
This means that manufacturers cannot void the warranty on your printer, because you use supplies and products manufactured by another manufacturer.
We will not replace a printer, or have it fixed, should any problems occur from using our papers or ribbons. We guarantee our products from any faults and we have not had a single case of a printer being damaged by a product sold by us.
